- Related add-ons, dashboards, APIs, reports, and automation tools
Product features, limits, pricing, and usage terms may vary by product and plan.
2. Account and Workspace
To use SlashItNow, you may need to create an account or join a business workspace.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
If you use SlashItNow on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority
to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for all activity under your account or workspace.
3. Product Access
SlashItNow products may be offered through monthly, annual, prepaid, usage-based, or custom plans.
Your product access depends on the plan, subscription, invoice, order summary, or commercial
agreement linked to your workspace.
Some features may be available only on selected plans or after payment approval.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription details may be shown in your billing dashboard, invoice, product page, or order summary.
These details may include:
- Product name
- Plan name
- Billing cycle
- Renewal date
- Usage limit
- Add-ons
- Payment status
- Amount due
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees related to your selected product, plan, subscription, add-on, usage,
or invoice.
Payments are generally collected through the supported payment methods shown on the payment page.
You must provide accurate billing details and keep your payment method valid and up to date.
SlashItNow may charge your saved payment method for renewals, usage-based charges, add-ons,
taxes, overages, recharge bundles, or approved billing adjustments.
6. Billing Cycle
Billing cycles may vary by product, plan, subscription type, or commercial agreement.
A billing cycle may be monthly, annual, prepaid, usage-based, calendar-based, or custom.
For monthly plans, the billing cycle may follow the subscription activation date or a calendar-based
cycle such as the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.
The applicable billing period will be shown in the billing dashboard, invoice, or product details.
7. Usage-Based Billing
Some SlashItNow products may include usage-based limits.
This may include API calls, route calculations, communication events, automation tasks, order records,
notifications, or other measurable usage.
If usage exceeds the included limit, additional charges may apply.
These may include overage charges, recharge bundles, add-ons, or plan upgrades.
Usage information shown in the dashboard is used for billing, monitoring, and reporting.
8. Automatic Renewals
Unless cancelled or agreed otherwise in writing, subscriptions may renew automatically.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize SlashItNow or its payment provider to charge your saved
payment method for renewal fees, applicable taxes, add-ons, and usage-based charges.
Renewal reminders may be sent before the renewal date.
Failure to receive a reminder does not remove your payment responsibility.
9. Failed Payments
If payment fails, the invoice may remain pending, unpaid, overdue, or past due.
SlashItNow may retry the payment automatically or ask you to complete payment manually from the
billing dashboard.
If payment is not completed within the allowed period, SlashItNow may limit, suspend, or terminate
access to the affected product, workspace, API, or service.
Any grace period is provided at SlashItNow’s discretion.
10. Bank Transfer and ACH Payments
SlashItNow primarily accepts online payments through the payment methods available on the payment page.
Bank account payment through ACH may be available on request for eligible United States businesses only.
ACH or bank account payment is not automatically available to all customers and must be approved by
SlashItNow.
For businesses outside the United States, direct bank transfer to a SlashItNow bank account is generally
not supported unless specifically agreed in writing.
Customers using ACH are responsible for timely payment, correct payment references, and sufficient
bank authorization.
11. Taxes and Charges
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, withholding taxes, bank charges, foreign exchange
charges, or payment processing costs related to your subscription or invoice.
Where required, taxes may be added to your invoice or collected through the payment provider.
12. Plan Changes
You may request or perform upgrades, downgrades, or add-on changes depending on the options available
for your product.
Plan changes may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle.
Some changes may require approval, invoice adjustment, proration, or payment completion before they
become active.
Downgrades usually apply from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
13. Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by product.
The applicable cancellation terms will be shown on the product details page, pricing page, invoice,
order summary, billing dashboard, or written commercial agreement.
Some products may allow cancellation from the billing dashboard.
Other products may require contacting SlashItNow support.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals only.
Cancellation does not remove unpaid invoices, pending charges, usage fees, add-on fees, overage charges,
or any amount already due.
Access may continue until the end of the active paid billing period, depending on the product terms.
14. Refunds
Payments made to SlashItNow are generally non-refundable.
This applies to subscriptions, prepaid plans, add-ons, usage charges, recharge bundles, overages,
setup fees, onboarding fees, and custom invoices.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund, credit, or billing adjustment.
Any refund, credit, or adjustment will be provided only if required by law, stated on the applicable
product page, or approved by SlashItNow in writing.
15. Service Availability
SlashItNow aims to provide reliable access to its products and dashboards.
However, services may be affected by maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, internet disruptions,
third-party service outages, payment provider issues, or events outside our control.
SlashItNow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
16. Third-Party Services
SlashItNow products may connect with or depend on third-party services.
These may include payment processors, cloud providers, communication platforms, mapping APIs, analytics
tools, messaging services, or other external systems.
SlashItNow is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, restrictions, or errors
caused by third-party providers.
17. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to use SlashItNow only for lawful business purposes.
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, bypass usage
limits, avoid billing, or use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for the data, content, instructions, integrations, and usage submitted through your
account or workspace.
18. Data and Usage Information
SlashItNow may process business, billing, technical, usage, communication, routing, order, and
operational data to provide the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted to SlashItNow is accurate, lawful, and properly
authorized.
SlashItNow may use usage and technical data for billing, security, analytics, support, service improvement,
and operational monitoring.
19. Intellectual Property
SlashItNow owns or licenses all rights in its platform, products, software, dashboards, APIs, designs,
workflows, documentation, names, logos, and related materials.
You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute SlashItNow products without
written permission.
Your use of SlashItNow does not give you ownership of any SlashItNow intellectual property.
20. Acceptable Use
You must not use SlashItNow to send spam, abusive messages, fraudulent communication, illegal content,
unauthorized data, or harmful automated activity.
You must not overload, damage, disrupt, scan, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to
SlashItNow systems.
SlashItNow may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlashItNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, customer loss,
or third-party service failure.
SlashItNow’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service
during the relevant billing period, unless otherwise required by law.
22. Changes to Terms
SlashItNow may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of SlashItNow after the Terms are updated means you accept the revised Terms.
