Slashit provides automated cloud data optimization, transfer acceleration, and cache solutions. Services may be modified or upgraded from time to time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account.
You may assign access within your organization, but remain accountable for usage and compliance.
Slash It Now operates on a subscription model. Plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account settings.
No refunds will be provided for partial usage, downtimes, unused features, or early cancellations.
Please evaluate our services during the trial (if offered) or contact us for technical clarifications before purchasing.
You agree not to use the services to:
Violate any laws or third-party rights
Introduce malware or attempt to interfere with platform performance
Resell or relicense Slashit’s services without written permission
We strive to maintain high availability, but no cloud platform can guarantee 100% uptime. Slash It Now is not liable for interruptions due to:
Scheduled maintenance
Third-party outages (e.g., CDN or cloud provider issues)
Force majeure events
All content, code, trademarks, and service components remain the sole property of Slashit. Use of the platform does not grant any intellectual property rights beyond the subscription license.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slashit shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Loss of profits or indirect damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 90 days.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or sent via email. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Indiana, US, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indiana, US.
